We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will partner with various departments within our organization to build and enhance our online presence across 6 separate Winston Products brands. Proven experience managing multiple brands and being able to switch focus between totally different product-types is strongly preferred. The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager role will report to the VP of Marketing & is responsible for day-to-day editing & management of digital tasks, while also assisting in developing the digital strategy. At times, this role may need to work weekends or evenings.


We are a lean & mean team – while the focus of this role will be on site management, other varying marketing tasks will come into play. This person must be a team player, open to taking on unique tasks as needed and thrive in an environment where you will get to experience different aspects of marketing.

  • Site management
    • Content, auditing, and loading
    • Manage the flow of information for new products launches
    • Implement and test new site features
    • Identify areas of improvement/optimization
    • Support new website strategies, loading, testing, and launching
    • Assist in evaluating & optimizing retail partners’ content (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Special offers & events
    • Identify opportunities to drive demand
    • Develop, test, launch, and manage offers
    • Evaluate event successes & failures
  • Assist in traffic initiatives, including:
    • Search engine optimization
    • Social media
    • Digital ads & paid search
    • Email marketing
    • Influencer/sponsorship marketing
    • Affiliate marketing
  • Deliver monthly, weekly & ad hoc site performance analysis by brand
  • Cross-department collaboration, including organizing & communicating design needs and gaining brand-management approvals.



  • 3+ years in a digital role managing a broad spectrum of digital-type tasks
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices
  • Ability to question & analyze data
  • Experience managing project timelines
  • Ability to work independently, but also inclusive and communicative in group settings
  • Ability to communicate with technical teams, creative teams, and sales-driving teams
  • Must be detail oriented & organized
  • Comfortable juggling projects to meet varied deadlines



  • Building & launching emails and social media campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in Google Analytics (or other digital reporting tool)
  • Experience in multiple platforms (Shopify, Word Press, Magento)
  • Experience using design tools (such as Photoshop)
  • Advanced computer skills & experience in Microsoft Office
